Scope of Services
Golden Flower Healing Studio provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to massage therapy, Reiki, energy healing, biomagnetic therapy, aromatherapy, and educational workshops. All services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness. They are not a substitute for licensed medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult their physician for any medical concerns.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. At the time of booking, all clients are required to provide a valid credit or debit card. Clients may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or defer payment until the time of service. The card on file may also be used to process cancellation or no-show fees, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide such notice may result in cancellation fees, which will be charged to the card on file. Prepaid sessions are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to treatment and for updating the practitioner with any changes to their health status. Golden Flower Healing Studio reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client’s condition.

Intellectual Property
All text, logos, graphics, service descriptions, images, and educational content featured on this website are the intellectual property of Golden Flower Healing Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Golden Flower Healing Studio shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses sustained in connection with services rendered, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States.
